Whitten Home Watch serves that middle ground between having a property manager and doing it all yourself from a distance.
What is Home Watch?
The National Home Watch Association describes Home Watch as “a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.”
In other words, Whitten Home Watch monitors your home while you're away so that potential problems can be identified and averted before they evolve into disasters.
Whitten Home Watch offers regular, visual inspections of your property and "boots on the ground" service to give you the peace of mind every second home owner desires.
We inspect exteriors and interiors, looking for obvious issues including water damage, mold, insect infestation, security breaches, abnormalities, appliance malfunction, climate control problems and much more! Every inspection comes with a time/GPS-stamped digital report including photos, description of potential problems and recommendations.
We can also meet with and keep your service vendors accountable, securely hold keys to your property, and schedule cleaning, maintenance and other concierge service requests. Check out our additional services.

How It Works
#1 We Come to Your Property
Each time we visit, we perform a customized, multi-point Home-Check inspection of the exterior and/or interior of your property.
#2 We Send You a Time-Stamped,
GPS-Verified Home-Check Report
Your comprehensive report includes our findings against the customized, multi-point inspection, photos of items of concern, important notes and recommendations.
You can access, download, and forward your digital reports at anytime, from anywhere.
#3 If We Encounter a Concern
We will provide you with immediate notification.
We will secure the situation if at all possible and offer viable recommendations to solve the problem.
Upon request, act as a key holder and coordinator for other contractors to fix the problem.

Whitten Home Watch offers an affordable and convenient way to have your keys held in good hands.
We will de-identify, code, and store them safely and securely at our facility. You're key will be available in case an emergency arises, such as a break-in or security breach, hurricane or inclement weather, lost keys (much cheaper than a lock-smith!), unexpected guests, important item retrieval, and much more!
If needed, we can meet someone with the key or arrange for a to pick-up.

However, Whitten Home Watch, does have its appropriate federal and state tax identification markers as a DBA under Whitten Kitchens and Baths which enable us to us to engage in the business of Home Watch. A copy of our tax markers, certificate of insurance and bond is available upon request.
